We left shortly after swimming and walked to Goldington Academy. Once we arrived, we entered the sports hall and began by eating our packed lunch. Lots of other schools slowly arrived too. We then split into our groups – athletics, scoreball and inclusive activities. 2 groups stayed in the hall and one went outside onto the AstroTurf.

The children got to play tournaments with all the other schools and at the end certificates were presented. The children had a super sporty day and it was lovely to see them excel at a sport they may not have tried before. Have a look HERE for some photos from our trip
