WHAT AN EXCITING MONTH!
We’ve had another busy and exciting month in Year 2!
In our English lessons, we have been exploring different types of sentences to write letters to the parents of John Patrick Norman McHennessy. In Maths, we have been using our very best presentation skills to draw accurate number lines. We have also been exploring the inverse operation to add and subtract.
Whereas in Science, we have been investigating bacteria! Using petri dishes and solution, we investigated which objects hold the most bacteria! Meanwhile, we have also been preparing for the Sports Morning that we had on Wednesday 28th September – this was a success!
We’d like to thank all the adults for their involvement in making this first half-term back fantastic! We are looking forward to next half-term and the lead up to the Nativity and school trips!
