Rainbow class have had a fantastic start to the year, the children have really got stuck into everything. We have had lots of fun getting outside exploring our nursery garden as well as having lots of fun playing inside!

Our book this term is we’re going on a bear hunt. We read this as a class and then the children drew some lovely drawings of their favourite parts of the story. We have also been practising counting to 5 on our fingers and singing lots of counting songs like 12345 once I caught a fish alive and 5 little ducks - maybe the children can sing these for you at home too!

We have discussed our behaviour expectations for nursery and the children have completed hand prints for our class promise, to show they understand and agree. We can’t wait to see what the rest of this half term will bring!
