We explored a range of his famous realistic and unrealistic paintings. We explored and discussed techniques and mediums he used in his art work such as shape, lines and symbols. We also discussed what we liked and disliked about his art work.

We also had the opportunity to recreate our own piece of work inspired by Jean Miro. During outdoor learning, 2A were able to recreate some of Miro’s famous work using chalk! We will be learning more about the style of Miro’s art work and create our own final piece inspired by his techniques.
